Workers Social Justice Project

The goals and objectives of the Negation shall be implemented through the Workers Social Justice Project. This project comprises programs organized to specifically implement the mission of the Negation. These programs comprise, but are not limited to:

The All Workers Unionization Program:

With the organized decline of unionization in the workplace, this program teaches workers how to self-organize in the workplace. This is done in a number of orchestrated mannners:

Salting -- Agents of the program enter industry to organize and inspire workers to unionize through "protected-concerted" actions.

Education -- The Negation teaches workers their rights in the workplace under national and international law and the significance of self-organization and unity in the workplace.

Elections -- The Negation distributes and organizes workers to petition for elections before the labor board.

Card Check -- Guiding workers to make a "Show of Interest" by signing authorization cards.

The All Workers Anti-Discrimination Program:

This program enforces anti-discrimination and worker's rights laws, including, but not limited to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Correction Law 24A, prohibiting discrimination based on a person's conviction status.

The All Workers Manumission Program:

This program organizes slaves (prisoners), former slaves, and the families of slaves and former slaves to abolish and/or repeal the 13th Amendment. This program comprises:

The New Underground Railroad

This program offers aid and comfort to manumitted slaves

The Slave/Worker Survival Program

This program provides comprehensive social services to the families of slaves and former slaves.

The All Workers Green Conservation Program:

This program creates jobs for ex-prisoners in the area of green conservation. This program comprises:

Power Green Productions

We donate products and services to help low-income families get off the grid. Our goal Is to move folk from depending on carbon energy to using renewable. reusable, and sustainable forms of energy.

We use green products to clean homes and businesses. The materials are safe for both human and the enviornment. Currently, we offer solar charges to the homeless and we are introducing a program to place solar plates in homes and buildings.
